Palm Partnership Training Hosts Series of Trail Challenge and Western Dressage Competitions at Fox Grove FarmFox Grove Farm is a beautiful facility conveniently located in the heart of Ocala, FL’s horse country. The Farm boasts a 3.5 acre enclosed natural obstacle course and grand prix grass dressage arena. It will be home to the 2016 series of 4 Trail Challenges and 5 Western Dressage Shows beginning in March and concluding in the fall with High Point Awards.

Trail Challenge competitions are March 20, April 24 and October 9. The competition will consist of 4 levels including Training, Intermediate, Master and Elite. Those levels are for Youth and Adult with all breeds of horses. By popular demand, the Agility Class offered in 2014 will make a return for those who wish to showcase their in hand skills. Each competition offers an open practice and limited coaching sessions with course designers Lynn Palm and Cyril Pittion-Rossillon.

Western Dressage shows are March 20, April 24, October 9 and October 16. These shows are qualified for Western Dressage Association of Florida Year End Awards, Western Dressage Association of America Lifetime Awards and NAWD programs. Each show will offer tests from Introductory Level to Level 3 with a Traditional English Dressage Test of Choice. Entries will close one week prior to each show date. A limited number of riders can schedule the WDAA World Champion Team of Palm and Pittion-Rossillon for coaching sessions prior to and during the show.

Fantastic prizes including High Point and Reserve High Point Trophies, Gist Silversmith Buckles, SmartPak gift certificates, monogrammed blankets, gear bags, horse treats plus class ribbons for first-sixth and daily Champion and Reserve Champion will be awarded for both competitions compliments of Palm Partnership Training and the series sponsors.  The same horse and rider combination must enter 3 of the 4 Trail Challenges and/or 4 of the 5 Dressage Shows to be eligible for series end awards.

Like all Palm Partnership Training clinics and events, the Trail Challenges and Western Dressage Shows are open to all breeds of horses and levels of riders. For participants, convenient, on-site lodging and stabling is available on a first come, first served basis. Spectators are welcome to cheer on their favorite competitors or just learn what the events are all about. Concessions will be on-site.
