2012 Arizona Sun Circuit – Coming UP!

The 2012 Arizona Sun Circuit, held in Scottsdale at the Westworld complex, begins January 28 and runs through February 5, and is brought to you by the Arizona Quarter Horse Association.

This year, exhibitors can look forward to some new classes. For the first time ever, the Sun Circuit is adding a Versatility Ranch Horse competition held on Friday, February 3.  Cow Horse competitors may want to note the addition of an Amateur Boxing class and Novice Amateur Cowhorse. They have also reintroduced Working Hunter and Jumping to the schedule.

Some important changes to note in the Youth Classes:

  • 11 and Under classes are now All-Breed
  • AQHA Youth divisions will be 13 and Under and 14-18
  • In addition to the trophies, all Youth Circuit Champions will receive a “GOOD RIDE SUN CIRCUIT CHAMPION” T-shirt
