2014 Adequan Select World Off to a Great Start

AMARILLO, Texas- The Adequan Select World has already named nine world champions as it approaches the midway point in its 8-day schedule.  Competition has been tough but friendly in the pinnacle event for AQHA’s Select Amateurs.

World champions crowned through Tuesday include: 

Paul Thompson and Bearly Lil Ricochet (Cutting)

Kevin Hittinger and Panas Jewels (Boxing)

Deah Hessian-Ruple and Teninolena Chex (Working Cow Horse)

Robert Salzbrenner, Mike Belter and Bobby Gray with Smart Midnight Lace, Talkeetna Tari Olena, Dualeote Rey (Team Penning)

Jim Bridwell and Terry Brooks with Dang Good Candy and Nickie Wood (Ranch Sorting)

Ellen Jost and Hez Unstoppable (Performance Halter Stallions)

Sarah Smith and PF Supreme Surprise (Aged Mares)

Vernon Habighorst and RPL My Te Cheerful (Aged Geldings)

Debbie Pennington and Just the Kid in Me (Aged Stallions)
