“Welcome to the show – that’s our slogan for this championship and we will do anything to let participants feel that way. We work hard so both riders and horses feel at home and are able to focus on giving their best in the show pen,” says Markus Rensing, one of the co-organizers for the 2015 Federation of European Quarter Horse Associations European Championship of American Quarter Horses.

Beginning Friday, August 7, all eyes will focus on Kreuth, Germany, home to the 26th annual FEQHA European Championship of American Quarter Horses. The show will take place at the exquisite Ostbayernhalle equestrian venue in the Bavarian region of Germany. For 10 days, riders and horse teams will be expecting peak performances after hours of hard work, dedication and practice all in pursuit of a flawless ride! On hand to experience the championship will be newly appointed international committee chair, Lori Bucholz. Lori is no stranger to AQHA world championship show competitions, a multiple amateur world champion herself, and she will be looking forward to meeting European members during the exhibitor celebration on the first Friday of the show.
