Reining By The Bay Asks for Leads in Poisoning of Stallion

Reining by the Bay is offering a $10,000 reward in information leading to the arrest of the suspect who poisoned leading stallion, SG Frozen Enterprise (Iceman), as well as driving a nail into the hoof of another leading stallion and turning another loose.
