Press Release

In an on-going effort to enhance this year’s Built Ford Tough AQHYA, Adequan Select and AQHA world championship shows, AQHA is boosting its video services and making them free for everyone to watch online.

The dates for these events are:

AQHA has partnered with Equine Promotion of Whitesboro, Texas, as the videographer and webcaster for these events. Founded by Jeremy Olsen, Equine Promotion provides services to the National Reining Horse and National Reined Cow Horse association events, including the NRHA Derby and Futurity and NRCHA Derby and Snaffle Bit Futurity.

“During this year’s AQHA convention, the show committee made the recommendation that there be no charge for the webcast, and the Executive Committee supported it,” said Pete Kyle, AQHA chief show officer. “Not only will the webcast at these events be free, but exhibitors will also benefit from the partnership with Equine Promotion.”

In addition to the free webcast, which includes video feeds from all show arenas, there are special incentives for exhibitors, trainers and owners:

  • A $5 coupon toward the purchase of DVDs and digital uploads at each event
  • A viewing area in the warm-up arenas where exhibitors can watch their run immediately after exiting the show arena
  • Free previews of exhibitor/horse runs at Equine Promotion’s booth
  • Price breaks for multiple orders placed at the same time

Equine Promotion offers a variety of video options including individual runs and complete preliminary and finals classes. Customers have the option of purchasing DVDs, digital uploads or both.

Hooray for AQHA for listening to their members who cannot attend the world show, to be able to view friends competing for free. Thank you AQHA!

AQHA, thanks SO much for using this opportunity to share ‘the best of the best’ with the public! What a great opportunity to showcase the breed’s world-class showhorses! I am sure there will be plenty of grateful friends, family, and at-home owners as well. Great news!
