AQHA Legend, Zippos Mr Good Bar, Passes

Pleasurehorse.com is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Zippos Mr Good Bar on July 22nd.  The 32 year-old stallion was a once-in-a-lifetime sire by the great Zippo Pine Bar and out of Tamara Wes.  

Owned by Richland Ranch, Zippos Mr Good Bar had a successful show career with a Reserve Congress Championship in Western Pleasure, but cemented his place in history as a sire with countless World and Congress Champions, Honor Roll Champions, and combined earnings totaling over $1.6 million and over 43,000 points.  He was inducted into the NSBA Hall of Fame, and has been one of the Top Ten All-Time Leading Sires in AQHA and NSBA.
