Baby Bello is doing great!
Remember Bello, the adorable Lazy Loper colt who was born to Ima Sudden Invester? “Suzie” went completely blind this summer from mature cataracts, and Pine View was a bit worried about how the mare would handle having a foal. She proved that a mother’s instinct never fails, and was incredibly careful about her baby. Farm manager Debbi Trubee put bells on his halter so that the mare would always know where he is, and the pair is doing great! Rhonda Malone owns the mare and foal, and decided to name him Bello after his bells.
The pair was able to go out and play in the snow. Check out the pictures below!
