GANCI LLP is Thrilled to Announce That Kristin A. Regel Has Joined the Firm

Kristin A. Regel joins the law firm GANCI, LLP

GANCI LLP, a full service law firm with offices in Dallas and Collin County, Texas, welcomes Kristin Regel to their Firm.  Kristin’s unique background will add depth and experience to GANCI’s commercial and equine practice areas.  Kristin’s practice areas include Immigration, Visas & Green Cards, Naturalization, Deportation/Removal Proceedings, Student Visas, Aliens of Extraordinary Ability and I-9 Compliance.

Extensive international travel experience and living abroad gives Kristin an in-depth understanding of the difficulties faced by immigrants attempting to navigate U.S. immigration laws and procedures. From family-based visa and green cards, including assistance for spouses, fiances, parents, siblings and children of US citizens and permanent residents, to employment-based opportunities for workers such as nurses & physicians, educational employees, telecoms & tech employees, and intra-company transfers, the Firm can help its clients achieve their immigration goals.

Kristin routinely assists foreign students in their search for a US-based school, in obtaining F1-Visas to study, in obtaining work permits during study, and in their search for employment thereafter.

Kristin appears frequently in immigration courts defending clients in deportation and removal proceedings.

Please contact Kristin if you wish to discuss other areas of immigration law, such as asylum, NACARA, VAWA, temporary protected status, and I-9 compliance for employers.
