Its A Southern Thing and Jamie Dowdy Coach Congress Queen Candidate, Taylor Gumz

Here’s a fun little story to get your Wednesday started.  Everyone knows that a lot of hours and prep work goes into competing for the Congress Queen crown.  From studying the rulebook ad nauseam to fine tuning horsemanship skills, it is something that takes months of dedication and support from friends and family.  

MEKYQHA Queen and Congress Queen contestant, Taylor Gumz, recently had some horsemanship coaching from World Champion stallion, Its A Southern Thing, and trainer Jami Dowdy.  While “Moonpie” may be enjoying his retired life, he was more than happy to step up to the plate to help Taylor get ready for the horsemanship portion of the Queen’s competition to be held on Friday, October 21st.  Good luck Taylor!
